Ella's truly Christmassy adventure journey

The story of little Ella in the forest is no coincidence. In fact, Ella occasionally escapes and explores the forest around the Ammersee, where LILA LOVES IT is based.

Then the whole LILA LOVES IT team helps her find her way back and – just like in the calendar – Lila is especially happy when the little runaway is back home safe and sound and exhausted.

The idea of weaving this story into a Christmas fairy tale came from Pablo Diaz, whose creativity and graphic skills are reflected in the result.

The path of the 24 doors

On the way through the pre-Christmas season, door by door, the animals of the forest come to life. The forest exudes its magical winter atmosphere, and Ella and Lila show themselves from their best side.

The fairytale-like drawings show how much attention to detail the LILA LOVES IT team has put into this year’s Advent calendar. The illustrators spent days working out every little detail to perfection.

The design is supported by short texts that can be found on the inside of the calendar’s “little doors”. This makes every day a new experience. Dog and human have reason to be happy and can hardly wait for the next day…
