Our SOFT GOODIES WITH HORSE MEAT are the healthy treat snack made from horse meat. Wonderfully soft and smooth, they are easy to chew and develop their full flavour right from the start. They are also ideal for dogs with dental problems and the perfect reward during training or “just because”. Like all LILA LOVES IT horse products, SOFT GOODIES WITH HORSE MEAT are also well tolerated by allergy sufferers. The recipe is deliberately kept minimalist and reduced to the essentials: pure horse meat, vegetable glycerine, potato flakes, sea salt and apple fibre – nothing else.

Potato flakes provide many minerals, such as potassium and vitamins C, B1 and B6 & easily digestible energy for food-sensitive dogs, as well as dogs with skin, stomach and intestinal disorders. Vegetable glycerin naturally binds moisture and ensures that the soft treats made from horse meat stay fresh for a long time. A pinch of sea salt and fibre-rich apple fibres enhance the taste.

Potato flakes

Potato flakes are particularly easy to digest and contain many minerals, such as potassium and vitamins C, B1 and B6.

Vegetable glycerin

Vegetable glycerin is a purely natural humectant. It is very well tolerated and keeps food fresh longer.

Sea salt

Dosed sparingly, salt for dogs is not only tolerable, but necessary for healthy body function. Sea salt contains important minerals, mainly sodium chloride, which plays an important role in metabolism, nervous system, digestion and water balance.

Apple fiber

Apple fiber is a natural dietary fiber from dried apples. Apple fiber promotes digestion and the pleasant taste contributes to the fact that most dogs are big fans of apple fiber.

Recommendation for feeding

Our recommendation

Horse meat is a popular source of protein in so-called exclusion diets. This is because intolerances or allergies in connection with horse meat are rather rare because it is used comparatively little for dog food in Germany.
