SOFT-GOODIES WITH DUCK MEAT are healthy soft treats made from duck meat. The soft dog treats are the perfect training snack for puppies, small dog breeds and older dogs with dental problems. To guarantee the digestibility of our soft duck meat treats, the recipe is deliberately minimalist and reduced to the essentials, as with all LILA LOVES IT dog cookies: pure duck meat, vegetable glycerin, flaxseed, sea salt, apple fibre, and turmeric – and nothing else.

Flaxseed is rich in digestion-regulating mucilage and also provides the omega-3 fatty alpha-linolenic acid, which is considered an anti-inflammatory. Turmeric (turmeric) has a long tradition in Ayurvedic cuisine and is traditionally used, among other things, to strengthen vitality and for problems with the teeth. Vegetable glycerin naturally binds moisture and ensures that the soft treats made from duck meat stay fresh for a long time. A pinch of sea salt and fibre-rich apple fibres emphasise the taste. Purely natural. For the love of your dog.

Analytical ingredients:

Ingredients

Duck meat

80 % Duck meat - Duck meat is particularly fine in taste, very digestible and yet very hearty. An absolute favorite among many dogs!

Linseed flour

Ground flax seeds are a local superfood. Flaxseeds contain mucilage, which swells in the gastrointestinal tract and has a positive effect on digestion. Flaxseed is also an excellent source of the essential alpha-linolenic acid, an omega-3 fatty acid that is said to have an anti-inflammatory effect.

Vegetable glycerin

Vegetable glycerin is a purely natural humectant. It is very well tolerated and keeps food fresh longer.

Strawberry

Strawberries are rich in fibre (especially pectins and cellulose) and therefore aid your four-legged friend's digestion. They contain many important nutrients such as vitamin C, magnesium, potassium and folic acid. The vitamin C content of strawberries is even higher than that of oranges and lemons.

Sea salt

Dosed sparingly, salt for dogs is not only tolerable, but necessary for healthy body function. Sea salt contains important minerals, mainly sodium chloride, which plays an important role in metabolism, nervous system, digestion and water balance.

Apple fiber

Apple fiber is a natural dietary fiber from dried apples. Apple fiber promotes digestion and the pleasant taste contributes to the fact that most dogs are big fans of apple fiber.

Turmeric

Turmeric is an ancient spice that has been used in Ayurvedic medicine for thousands of years. Turmeric has very many positive properties. Among other things, this superfood can have strong anti-inflammatory properties.

Feeding Recommendation

If treats are used a lot in dog training, it may make sense to adjust the amount of normal food. Especially for growing dogs or dogs that tend to be overweight, qualified nutritional advice will help.

Reward are a must

Rewards play an important role in positive dog training. What we humans often ignore: What constitutes a reward is decided by the receiver (dog), not the sender (human)! So, in order for us to reward our dogs properly, we need to know what they like. Kristina Obermayr, our wonderfully funny and smart and insightful expert on dog-human relationships, explains why in our magazine.
